How Crystaluz collects, uses and protects your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data collected
- Contact form and exchanges : first name, last name, email, phone, preferred location, content of your message.
- Support : information you choose to share during the Journey, necessary for follow-up (session notes, elements of your history).
- Invoicing : contact details, services, amounts and payments.
- Browsing : technical data (IP address, server logs) and, only with your consent, audience measurement cookies.
Some information shared in the course of support may relate to your health or emotional life. It is processed only with your explicit consent, strictly as necessary for the support, and is never disclosed to third parties. Please do not give details of it in the website form.

Recipients
Your data is never sold or rented. It is accessible only to Delphine Roshardt and, where necessary, to the following service providers acting on behalf of Crystaluz:
- OVH SAS (France) — hosting of the website and of the @crystaluz.be email addresses;
- Google Ireland Ltd — Gmail messaging used for contact.crystaluz@gmail.com; a transfer to the United States may occur, governed by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses;
Reviews left via the QR codes are published on Google and are subject to Google’s privacy policy.
Your rights
You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. To exercise these rights, write to contact.crystaluz@gmail.com ; you will receive a reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — www.autoriteprotectiondonnees.be.
Security and confidentiality
Crystaluz implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS website, restricted access, support notes kept confidentially. What is shared in the course of support remains strictly confidential.
