Family constellations
in individual sessions
Looking at your place in your family history, understanding what repeats and finding a truer movement. Without a group, in Wépion and Ixelles.
What is a family constellation?
Shedding light on what is at play in the family system
Family constellations are a systemic approach developed by the German therapist Bert Hellinger. They start from a simple idea: we are all part of a family system, and what has not found its place in the family’s history can continue to act across generations.
A secret, an exclusion, unresolved grief or a difficult fate can create invisible loyalties. We then find ourselves repeating situations without understanding why: in our relationships, work, money or our relationship with our parents.
Within the Crystaluz Journey, these are mainly individual constellations, integrated into gradual and safe work. Systemic constellations can also explore the link between a person and the place they live in, when it seems connected to a family dynamic.

They offer a space that encourages
- recognition of family ties and legacies
- release of old emotional burdens
- a movement of reconciliation and rightful place
- a fresh look at a situation that keeps repeating
How it works
How an individual constellation unfolds
You share what brings you here: a recurring situation, a relationship, a feeling. We formulate a clear question.
A few elements of the family history are enough. You do not need to know everything.
Family members or elements of the situation are represented by markers placed on the floor or by figurines.
You stand on these markers, observe what you feel, and together we look for the right places and words.
You leave with an image to keep. The work continues to integrate over several weeks.
Who is it for?
- patterns that repeat in relationships, work or money
- the feeling of not being in your place, in your family or in your life
- a difficult relationship with a parent, a brother or a sister
- a bereavement, a separation, a family secret
- a question related to the house or the place you live in
The framework
- the session is individual: no group, no family present
- a constellation is neither family therapy nor psychotherapy
- it can stir up emotions: time for integration is planned
- if you are seeing a psychologist, tell them about your approach
- in a period of acute crisis, it is better to wait for a more stable moment
Within the Crystaluz Journey
A tool in the service of your path
I offer family constellations as part of the Crystaluz Journey, during individual sessions, when this tool truly supports your path. It is not offered as a stand-alone session.
To begin, the Clairessence Session lets you take stock of your situation and see together whether the Journey suits you.
Frequently asked questions
Good to know
Do I need to know my whole family history?
No. What you know is enough. The grey areas are also part of what can be looked at.
Does my family need to be present?
No. Everything happens with you alone. Family members are represented by objects.
How many constellations are needed?
One constellation is often enough for a given question. It is advisable to space sessions several weeks apart to let the work integrate.
What is the difference with a group constellation?
In a group, participants represent the family members. In an individual session, objects are used: the setting is more intimate and the pace more personal.
