When a difficult period sets in, we often hesitate to ask for help: we do not know where to start, or whether the support on offer suits us. The Clairessence Session answers both questions in a single meeting.
Taking stock of what you are going through
The session starts with your situation, as you experience it: a separation, a bereavement, a loss of meaning, relationships that repeat, a professional or personal turning point. There is no right way to tell your story; we start from what is there.
Understanding what is happening more deeply
Together, we look at what lies behind the situation: a recurring pattern, a family loyalty, a place that is hard to hold. The aim is not to solve everything in one session, but to bring a first sense of meaning where there was confusion.
Leaving with landmarks
The Clairessence Session is complete in itself: you leave with a clearer view of your situation and concrete directions, whether or not you choose to go further.
Freely deciding what comes next
If the Crystaluz Journey feels right for you, we talk about it: how it unfolds, its usual duration of 4 to 6 months and its terms. The Journey is tailor-made and is set out in a personalised quote and a support agreement. You have no obligation to continue.

- cancellation or rescheduling: no later than 48 hours before
